Sparkium started in 2019 in a corner unit of the Sungai Chua industrial estate in Kajang. The first month we serviced fourteen units — eight of them were friends and family doing us a favour. Six years on we've looked after more than 2,300 systems across the Klang Valley.
We've stayed small on purpose. Two vans, four technicians, one office coordinator. Big enough to handle a row of shop lots in Sentul on the same day, small enough that the same name handles your enquiry, your install and your maintenance call eighteen months later.

Every job has the same rhythm. We arrive, lay tarps to protect your floors and furniture, and inspect the unit in front of you. You see what we see — the dust layer in the indoor unit, the corrosion on the outdoor compressor pins, the pressure reading on the manifold gauges.
If the work can wait three months, we'll say so. If a repair will cost 70% of a replacement, we'll say that too. We'd rather lose this booking than be the team that talked you into a repair you didn't need.

Four technicians, one coordinator, no contractors.
Hadi runs the workshop and handles every install personally for the first month after a hire. Faizal is our chemical-wash specialist — he's done more than 900 overhauls and can spot a failing fan motor by the way the foam runs off the coil. Nazri handles inverter diagnostics and Razali takes care of the maintenance round. Sophea coordinates schedules and is usually the first voice you'll hear on WhatsApp.
None of our work is subcontracted. The face that does the install is the face that does the warranty visit.

Roughly half our calls are within 12 km of the workshop. The rest is split across PJ, Cyberjaya, KL city centre and Shah Alam.
