For the Kajang, Cheras, Bangi and Putrajaya area, almost always same day if you book before noon. For Kuala Lumpur city centre, Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam we usually have the next morning available.
Do you handle just one unit or do I need a contract?
One-off jobs are completely fine. The maintenance plan is for households that prefer not to think about scheduling — we charge per visit either way, no joining fees.
What brands do you service?
We work on every common brand sold in Malaysia — Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, York, Acson, Midea, Hisense, Hitachi, Sharp, LG, Samsung and the rest. PCB-level work on inverter units is something we'll confirm before quoting.
How long does a chemical overhaul take?
Roughly 90 minutes per unit if it's a standard wall split. Cassette units and ducted systems take longer. We'll always give an honest time estimate before starting.
Do you give a guarantee?
Every install carries a 90-day workmanship guarantee on top of the manufacturer's warranty. Repair work carries 30 days on the specific fault we addressed.
