Return & refund policy
Last updated 2026-05-15. This policy explains how we handle refunds, returns and warranty claims at Sparkium Climate Care Sdn Bhd.
Service refunds
If a job we've completed doesn't deliver the result we promised, please call within 14 days. We'll either return free of charge to put it right, or refund the full amount paid — your choice. We have done this both ways. We're a small workshop and our reputation matters more than the invoice.
Parts & equipment returns
Unopened, unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund less a 5% restocking fee. Opened parts cannot be returned unless they are defective — in which case the manufacturer's warranty applies and we'll handle the claim on your behalf.
Manufacturer warranty claims
If a unit we installed fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, we'll diagnose the fault for free and submit the warranty claim on your behalf. The manufacturer typically covers parts; we typically cover the labour to remove and re-install. Specific terms vary by brand and we'll explain them at the time.
How to request a refund
WhatsApp or email [email protected] with the invoice number and a brief description. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 5 working days.
What this policy doesn't cover
Damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications after our work, voltage spikes outside Suruhanjaya Tenaga's declared range, or acts of nature (flooding, lightning). For damage caused by recognised supply-side incidents (TNB outages), we'll help you with the TNB claim process.
