Aircons installed properly the first time.
Most of the install jobs we're asked to fix were originally done by someone in a hurry. We take a little longer on the bracket, drainage gradient and electrical isolation — and you get a unit that lasts the full ten years its compressor was designed for.
What's included as standard
- Pre-install survey on site — confirms capacity, electrical headroom and best wall position.
- Galvanised wall bracket with anti-vibration mounts. Up to 3 m of insulated copper piping included.
- Drainage routed to the nearest legitimate condensate outlet, not just outside the wall.
- Dedicated isolator switch and earthing check at the consumer unit.
- Vacuum pump-down to 500 microns minimum before refrigerant release.
- Photo report sent to your WhatsApp showing every key step.
Where homes go wrong on aircon installs
Five mistakes account for about 80% of the call-backs we see in the Klang Valley:
- Bracket sized for marketing photos. Plastic clips and undersized brackets vibrate. Within two years the unit drops.
- Drainage routed uphill. Water pools in the indoor unit and starts dripping through the back panel onto your wall paint.
- Skipped vacuum pump-down. Moisture left in the line set turns refrigerant acidic and eats the compressor windings.
- Long-line copper piping. Anything beyond 7 m needs additional refrigerant. Most installers ignore this.
- No isolator switch. Required by Suruhanjaya Tenaga but rarely fitted. We always install one.
What it costs
A standard 1.0–1.5 HP install with up to 3 m of piping starts at RM 450. Longer piping runs, high-rise installations, and ducted or cassette systems are quoted after survey. We'll write the number down before we lift a tool.
Guarantee
Workmanship is covered for 90 days. The manufacturer's warranty on the unit itself is up to ten years on the compressor for most brands — we'll register the warranty on your behalf and send you the documents.
