If you'd rather not get a quarterly reminder, sign up to a maintenance plan. We'll know when each unit at your address is due, give you a 48-hour heads-up before each visit, and carry the parts list specific to your equipment.

Household quarterly3 visits per unit per year + 1 overhaul. From RM 75 / unit / visit, billed quarterly.
Household twice-yearly2 visits per unit per year. From RM 110 / unit / visit, billed twice yearly.
Small office quarterlyQuarterly servicing for offices up to 8 units. From RM 95 / unit / visit. Includes after-hours dispatch.

Why bother with a plan?
Plans pay for themselves on two counts. The first is that pre-emptive cleans extend the working life of an inverter compressor by roughly three years. The second is that we catch things — loose flare nuts, deteriorated drain insulation, mismatched capacitors — before they fail at 11pm on a Sunday.
