What data we collect

  • Booking form: name, mobile number, email address, postal area and the description of the work you need.
  • Communications: the contents of WhatsApp, email or phone conversations between you and the workshop.
  • Service records: address, equipment model and serial number, photos of installed equipment, and the work history we keep against the address.
  • Technical data: standard web logs (IP address, browser, page accessed, timestamp) generated by our hosting provider.

Why we collect it

To prepare quotes, dispatch technicians, perform work and respond to follow-up enquiries. Service records help us serve you faster on repeat visits. Technical logs help us keep the site safe and operational.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share only with: (a) our hosting and email infrastructure providers under their own data processing terms, and (b) Malaysian government authorities if required by law.

How long we keep it

Booking and quote enquiries: 18 months. Completed-job records: 7 years (tax requirement). Marketing lists: only with explicit consent and removable at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, restrict or delete the data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll confirm within 21 working days.

Children

Our service is for property owners and tenants aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top and post a short notice on the contact page. Significant changes will trigger an email to recent enquirers.
